Preferred Licenses ✔️ Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) ✔️ Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) ✔️ Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) ✔️ Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate (LICSWA) ✔️ Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) ✔️ Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) ✔️ Licensed Psychologist What We're Looking For ✅ Strong clinical and ethical judgment ✅ Excellent documentation and communication skills ✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team ✅ Commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed care ✅ Desire to build and maintain a consistent caseload ✅ Comfortable providing telehealth services Bonus Points If You Have Experience In: • Trauma and PTSD • EMDR Therapy • Anxiety Disorders • Depression • OCD and Related Disorders • ADHD and Neurodivergent Populations • Attachment and Relationship Concerns • Couples Counseling What You'll Do Conduct mental health intake assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, couples or family therapy Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions Maintain clinical documentation Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources Support clients through meaningful and lasting change Compensation StructureOne-Time Onboarding Fee: $2000 Includes: Credentialing paperwork Insurance enrollment Contracting with up to three insurance payers Administrative setup and onboarding Ongoing Administrative Fee: $600/Month Unlike traditional group practices that take 30–50% income, VCC Health operates on a simple flat-fee model.
