As a valued member of the educational team, you’ll provide direct SLP services to elementary-aged students, supporting their growth and confidence. Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow professionals to help every student achieve their full potential.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current Oregon SLP License or the ability to obtain prior to start
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC or CFY accepted)
• Background in pediatrics or experience working with school-aged children
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy sessions for elementary students
• Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
• Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to drive student success
• Maintain thorough records of evaluations, progress, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
