NeuroPsych Account Specialist - Orlando W

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a NeuroPsych Account Specialist to manage a geographic territory in Orlando, promoting FDA-approved neurological and psychiatric treatments. The role involves building physician relationships, executing sales strategies, and educating healthcare providers on product benefits.

Responsibilities

• Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
• Execute territory sales strategies to meet objectives via in-person and virtual communications
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
• Identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
• Collaborate with internal teams on managed care, marketing, and patient access initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field plus 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech experience
• 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical, long-term care, psychology, or neurology sales experience
• Psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for frequent territory travel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with healthcare regulatory knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication with account management expertise
