The packagers will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, using the RF scanner to keep track of the items being picked and area that they needed to be moved to, keeping a steady and consistent pace and meeting daily quotas set by the company when it comes to picking and packing these orders. Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently throughout the shift using a headset-based system.
• Walk up to approximately 10 miles per day while maintaining a steady and productive work pace.
• Use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and resupply bins with inventory as needed.
• Stock and maintain inventory freight in preparation for order picking while working on foot.
• Perform picking and packing tasks to prepare orders for shipment.
• Follow established warehouse processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Handle products and materials safely, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Work assigned shifts, which may include weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support smooth warehouse operations.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Hershey, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
