Electrical Project Manager

Job Summary Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Electrical Construction experience to support our team in the Miami / Ft Lauderdale area. This critical leadership role provides direction to the project team to complete projects on time while maintaining high‑level quality, safety, and customer loyalty. The Electrical Project Manager is ultimately responsible for day‑to‑day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of electrical commercial projects in core markets such as Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Commercial. Responsibilities Supervise all project team members, including Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators. Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast‑paced growth. Maintain a 100% detailed, hands‑on knowledge of project scope. Control cost, billings, and collections for assigned projects. Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect. Challenge and support jobsite and self‑perform work teams. Ensure accountability for project completion, financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results. Required Skills and Abilities Excellent listening and communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Ability to create and support team morale. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with project management software (Prolog or similar). Experience with accounting cost management software (CMIC or similar). Experience with scheduling software (Primavera or similar). Strong work ethic and a “can‑do” attitude. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction. Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems. Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience with running multiple complex, highly technical projects preferably within core markets. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
