Store Manager – Retail Store Operations The Store Manager leads all retail store operations with a focus on quality and service to ensure a memorable customer experience. This role includes people leadership, coaching, cash and expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations: opening and closing procedures, work order management, and performing CICO (Check‑In, Check‑Out) procedures. Provide high levels of customer service while staffing, scheduling, and adjusting shifts as needed. Manage inventory and handle cash accurately. Drive team performance so that key performance indicators (Net Promoter Score, Time to Serve, job completion, customer conversion, and quality metrics) and company goals are met or exceeded. Ensure technicians are SafeTech™ certified and provide training, re‑training, and coaching for quality installs or repairs. Guide and reinforce proper vehicle and equipment maintenance, and maintain required record‑keeping. Collaborate with marketing associates to display correct materials. Respond quickly to client complaints and warranty issues to provide world‑class customer service. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, or 5–7 years of leadership/supervisory experience (preferred). Valid state‑issued driver’s license required. 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach to performance incentives. 3–5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, engage, and conduct crucial conversations with a mobile workforce. Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions. Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment. Physical requirements: lift and carry up to 35 lbs. for short periods, work at elevated heights, and remain on your feet for extended periods. Pay & Benefits Competitive weekly pay and bonus opportunities. Base Pay Range: $60,800.00 – $91,200.00 USD. Benefits package valued at more than $10,000, including 401(k) with company matching and medical coverage plans. Paid time off (PTO), company holidays, and paid volunteer days.
