Team Drivers Needed

JBS Carriers is a leading multi-state and regional truckload carrier specializing in refrigerated and non-refrigerated freight, including live haul (cattle, hogs and poultry), tankers, container chassis and grain hoppers. We offer well-paying regional truck driving opportunities with weekly home time, outstanding benefits, and lots of extras. Specialized Dedicated Truck Drivers Earn $3,200 per week (split pay)!

Newly Increased Pay of $3,200 Per Week (Split Pay) For Teams!!

Driver Pay Rates:

Team Drivers Earn $160,000 - $166,000 per year (split pay)
Earn $3,200 per week (split pay)
Detention pay of $16.50 per hour
Layover pay of $16.50 per hour
Breakdown pay of $16.50 per hour
Paid lumpers (no driver unloads unless they choose to)
Eligible for monthly safety bonus

Anniversary Pay
Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal
Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:

$50 every week of your referred driver's first year
$500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

Work & Route:

Specialized, Dedicated Runs
Teams & Solos Needed
Running Area: Cactus, TX to Chino, CA with no extra stops or pickups
Work Schedule: Weekly home time

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements:

At least 21 years old
CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience
Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
