Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including documentation and reporting. Assist in creating job marketplace postings and managing candidate pipelines. Respond promptly to internal and external requests related to staffing and recruitment. Required Skills Proficiency with Paycor Recruiting platform, including creating candidates and job postings. Experience with recruiting analytics and integrations to improve staffing processes. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
