Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support an AI/ML development effort. This role will work closely with users, customers, and partner contractors to gather, prioritize, and manage requirements while ensuring clear documentation and coordination across stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with users, customers, and partner teams to gather and refine system requirements
Balance and prioritize competing requirements across stakeholders
Support AI/ML system development through requirements management and documentation
Maintain project artifacts and documentation in Confluence
Track tasks, issues, and requirements using Jira
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

Experience in systems engineering, requirements management, or similar roles
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Experience using Jira and Confluence
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Experience supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics projects is a plus
Experience with AWS managed services is also a plus

Salary

$135,000 - $150,000 per year
