Humana is seeking a Medical Records Retrieval Specialist (Risk Adjustment Representative 2) for a remote role with field-based duties in Pennsylvania and surrounding counties. You will collect medical records, verify member information, coordinate provider signatures, and travel to offices as needed in your assigned Northeast territory.
