At Drybar Union Square, we perform 300+ blowouts every week , giving our Stylists consistent opportunities to stay behind the chair, build loyal regulars, and grow their income. Whether you're an experienced Stylist or newly licensed Cosmetologist, there's room to grow here. No cuts. No color. Just blowouts, styling, and creating confidence. WHAT YOU CAN EARN Our Stylists have the opportunity to earn up to $40+ per hour in total compensation , including base pay, tips, and bonuses.* Keep 100% of your tips Bonus opportunities on retail and membership sales Retail and sales opportunities Sick Time Off Paid Time Off Team contests and incentives Top-performing Stylists can earn $40+ per hour in total compensation. * WHY DRYBAR?
