Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Meal Delivery Aide for PHX Seniors (DV) at Selrico Services Inc. This is a part‑time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry, located in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Meal Delivery Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the meals are delivered to seniors in a timely and efficient manner, while also providing exceptional customer service. This is an individual contributor role, working alongside a team dedicated to improving the lives of seniors in our community. Compensation & Benefits As a Meal Delivery Aide, you will receive a competitive compensation of $15 per hour, paid weekly. Responsibilities Deliver meals to assigned seniors in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct delivery route preparation and mapping to ensure efficient delivery of meals. Provide friendly and compassionate customer service to seniors. Notify supervisor of any feedback or concerns reported by seniors. Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicle used for deliveries. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Assist with packing and labeling of meals as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless meal delivery operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in a customer service or hospitality/restaurant role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no violations within 7 years. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
