Maintenance Tech

Maintenance Tech Must have reliable transportation. Responsibilities Perform on-site preventative maintenance for robots and charging stations. Troubleshoot and execute onsite repairs, including preparation and necessary equipment management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Assist customers with handling non‑hardware related escalations onsite. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during visits. Adhere to safety protocols while working in manufacturing facilities or other environments. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to the role. Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred, though experience and aptitude are considered. Prefer 1 year plus experience in a hands‑on technical role. Familiar with basic electrical and electronic schematics is highly advantageous. Proficient with mechanical tools, meters, and electrical testing equipment. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Reliable independent transportation to/from work locations throughout the market.
