Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Clarksville, Tennessee.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Labor and Delivery\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/26/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, nights\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs\n Hours: 36 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 26, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 2+ years of experience and prior travel nursing experience.Details\n \n Work in a 14-bed Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting\n Patient population consists of expecting persons\n Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:2\n Uses Cerner and GE Centricity EMR systems\n 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM\n 36 hours per week\n Weekend shifts required\n No block schedule offered; must be flexible to meet unit staffing needs\n Float to Helping Hands, NICU, and Postpartum units as needed\n Requirements\n \n Active TN or compact RN license required on file at time of consideration\n Current certifications: BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring, and ACLS\n Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required\n Prior travel nursing experience required\n Must be able to circulate\n Additional Information\n \n Surgical scrubs provided\n No time off approved from 9/19 through 10/17 due to Epic Go Live\n Orientation limited to specific dates: 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, and 10/26\n Unit creates the staff schedule\n Local candidates accepted at a lower rate\n Radius rule of 75 miles applies for travel rate eligibility\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-742790.
