Job Description Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Job Details Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment type: Travel Location: St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor Shift time: 7pm - 7:30am Gross weekly rate: $2484 Responsibilities The CT Technologist is responsible for reviewing the physician order and reason for exam, preparing the patient, positioning, and performing CT imaging of patients. The CT Technologist works closely with CT leadership and the radiologist to produce the most diagnostic images possible in accordance with the department protocols. Operates diagnostic imaging equipment to obtain images of the designated body portions for interpretation by physicians, with attention to As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) techniques. Collaborate with members of assigned unit as well as FirstChoice colleagues to deliver evidence-based care within a healing culture for patients as well as families. Qualifications Associate’s degree or higher required. Eighteen (18) months of CT experience required. Completion of an accredited radiologic technologist program and registration as a CT by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association certifications only accepted). Willingness to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations.
