LVN Part Time Weekend

LVN Position in Goleta Programs

Salary: $36-$40/hr, plus $1500 sign on bonus! Flexible schedule, one work location, relocation available!

We are seeking a part-time LVN for our Goleta programs working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This will be 32 base hours a month with the opportunity to work additional hours as needed. You will work as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, implement individual nursing care plan. You will provide basic patient care or treatments such as dressing wounds, treating bedsores, massaging, or performing catheterizations and measure and record patient's vital signs, administer medications and maintain information in electronic health system.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Program and have a valid license to practice as LVN in California (or ability to obtain/transfer).

Prior experience preferred. Able to work 2 Saturdays (3pm-11:30pm) and 2 Sundays (3pm-11:30) Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization. Devereux fosters a culture of reporting abuse, and will cooperate with the authorities to the fullest extent possible.
