SAP Project Manager

IT Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA MigrationWorks with moderate work direction and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. Responsible for and authorized to manage the IT portion of a project. Responsibilities: Provide Leadership to all IT related aspects of the project. Integration (Planning) Management, Global alignment, Provide Scope, Cost and Resource Management for the project. Time Management, Resource planning, Quality Management, Communications Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management. Be objective in setting and assessing work, ensuring team buy-in.Maintain the project plan, timeline, and RAID log (risks, actions, issues, decisions)Coordinate with functional and technical workstream leads (finance, supply chain, IT, data migration) to track progressSchedule and run status meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and action trackersSupport testing coordination (UAT scheduling, defect tracking, sign-off documentation)Assist with change management activities — training schedules, communications, stakeholder updatesTrack project budget and vendor/resource allocation against planPrepare status reports and dashboards for steering committee and sponsorsEscalate risks and blockers to the Project Manager in a timely mannerSkills: Requirements1–3 years project coordination or project management experience, ideally on ERP or large systems implementationsFamiliarity with SAP or S/4HANA a strong plus (not required)Proficiency with project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailClear written and verbal communication; comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholdersCAPM or PMP (or actively pursuing) a plusReports to: S4 Migration PMO LealProject coordination and scheduling (MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira)RAID log / risk and issue trackingERP or large-scale systems implementation exposure (SAP/S4HANA a plus)UAT coordination and defect trackingStatus reporting and dashboard creation for steering committeesStakeholder communication and change management supportMeeting facilitation, agenda and minutes preparationEducation: Bachelors - Business Administration, or Management Information System, or related field.
