The Opportunity: Production Auditor This is a critical, central position that acts as the essential "middle person" between our successful Sales Team and our expert Installation Team. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the seamless transition of a finalized sale into a ready-to-execute, high-quality installation project. Key Responsibilities Project Auditing & Verification: Thoroughly audit sales contracts to confirm the sale amount is correct and verify that the installation structure is calculated accurately. Scope & Practice Review: Audit the job details against company standards to ensure the proposed installation practices are correct and feasible. Job Building & Planning: Serve as the point person for compiling all necessary documents, materials, and specifications for the installation crew. Build the Job package, ensuring the Installation Team has clear, precise instructions to execute the project to Coastal Windows & Exteriors' award-winning standards. Quality Control & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all company standards, systems, and processes, ensuring every job meets our rigorous quality requirements.
