ServiceNow DeveloperCohere is seeking a ServiceNow Developer. This candidate will support our client with design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of multiple ServiceNow applications supporting the Intelligence Community.What You'll Get to Do:Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform including, but not limited to, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, Service Portal, HR Module, Asset Management, Change Management, Custom Development, etc.You will be responsible for helping to develop code, unit test, hold code reviews, check in code and help to build the code pipeline for continuous integration/continuous delivery.Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate roll out of new applications and modules and configure application UI, workflow, and APICreate, maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform in all environmentsCollaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requestsConfer with Mission Partners to define their information technology goals and advise in the re-engineering of business processes to meet those goalsProvide expertise in standards and validations (e.g., ISO 9000)Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transferAct as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering effortsChampion awareness training and implementation of business processesDevelop process documentation, testing, workflows, and work plansLead workflow presentations to leadership and Mission Partners as requiredCoordinate with multiple departments within and outside of the customer's organization to accomplish project tasksIndependent self-starter and proactive at developing solutions and solving business problems using ServiceNowYou'll Bring These Qualifications:Active TS/SCI With Fullscope Poly Clearance is requiredBachelor's degree preferably in an IT related field 6 years of related experience; or a Masters with 4 years of experience; an Associates with 8 years of experienceBackend development experience with C#, Java, Node.js, Python, Go, and Ruby programming languagesServiceNow experienceServiceNow developer certificationUnderstanding of best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process managementExcellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partnersAbility to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environmentFully capable with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to estimate work effort requirements efficiently and appropriatelyStrong public speaking skills and professional demeanor requiredExperience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentationThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Configuration Management experienceConfiguration Management certificationsOther ServiceNow certificationsGraphics design or UX/UI design experienceCompensation:Cohere knows that our employees are our most valuable assets.
