The position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek. Job Type Unclassified Department Real Estate About the Position The Real Property GIS & CAD Specialist provides GIS, CAD, and title technical services for transportation (MCDOT), Flood Control District (FCD), and other county departments. They research and analyze property deeds, land surveys, title reports, and other recorded and unrecorded documents affecting land parcels. They prepare project right-of-way plans, base maps, legal descriptions, legal exhibits, aerial displays, and other documents for the acquisition of project right-of-way, abandonments, land sales, and other real estate transactions. The Real Property GIS & CAD Specialist will be responsible for responding to inquiries related to existing MCDOT and FCD right-of-way and working closely with personnel within the Real Estate Department (RED), FCD, MCDOT, Planning and Development, Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, other county departments, governmental agencies, consultants, realtors, and the public.
