Program Assistant

Ardent is seeking a Program Assistant to join our team. This is an on-site position located in Rockville, MD. Position Description As a Program Assistant, you will support day‑to‑day program operations by coordinating deliverables, consolidating inputs, and maintaining accurate program documentation. You will play a key role in preparing leadership materials, managing recurring schedules, and ensuring timely submission of contract deliverables. Responsibilities and Duties Consolidate weekly inputs from task leads and prepare Weekly Presentations for leadership review. Produce and assemble presentation materials, including printing, formatting, and organizing labeled binders for distribution. Track and manage all recurring contract deliverables to ensure timely and accurate submission in accordance with established schedules. Maintain organized records and documentation of deliverables, submissions, and program artifacts. Coordinate with task leads to validate content accuracy, completeness, and alignment with reporting requirements. Support the Project Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting outcomes. Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure smooth program operations, including handling communications, document management, and ad hoc requests. Requirements Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Minimum of 3 years of administrative or program support experience within a federal IT services environment. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. Experience managing recurring deliverables and working within structured reporting timelines. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams. Active Public Trust Tier clearance (or ability to obtain).
