Release ManagerLocation: Plano, TX Position: Fulltime/ Subcon Mode: OnsiteThis job posting is for an existing, active vacancy, looking for experienced candidate to orchestrates the entire software release lifecycle—from planning and development to testing and deployment—ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.Years of Experience: 10 to 20 YearsKey Responsibilities:Production Deployment & SupportLead production deployments, including blue?green, canary, or rolling strategies where applicableOwn deployment monitoring, incident triage, rollback, and RCAWork closely with operations teams during hypercare and warranty periods (may be minimal at this time till product / app gets launched)Governance, Metrics & Continuous ImprovementTrack and report DevOps and release metrics (deployment frequency, change failure rate, lead time, MTTR)Identify bottlenecks and risks in the release process and drive remediationContribute to DevOps transformation roadmaps and maturity assessmentsRequired Skills & ExperienceCore Experience8–12+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Release, Deployment, and DevOpsProven experience leading enterprise?scale releases across multiple applicationsHands?on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesDevOps & CI/CDStrong knowledge of CI/CD concepts: continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deploymentExperience with build and deployment automation tools (e.g.
