Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in mobile payments to support the design, implementation, and optimization of digital payment solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile payment experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for mobile payment solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end payment features
• Support integrations with payment gateways, wallets, and banking systems
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (PCI-DSS, security, and regulatory requirements)
• Participate in UAT, defect tracking, and production support activities
• Drive process improvements and enhance customer payment journeys

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in fintech or payments
• Strong knowledge of mobile payments, digital wallets, UPI, card payments, and payment gateways
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and system workflows
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in banking, fintech, or digital payments platforms
• Knowledge of payment processing lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement)
• Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
