Overview

The Warehouse Operator I is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including incoming material verification, inventory handling, order fulfillment support, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a team setting, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and process incoming materials accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Assist with order fulfillment activities and help resolve fulfillment-related issues.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper counting, documentation, and material handling practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
• Complete assigned tasks within established timelines and productivity expectations.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, when authorized.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Skills and Experience

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Experience using warehouse management systems such as SAP, QWMS, or LFS.
• Basic knowledge of electronics.

• Work on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Work safely around warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and environmental conditions.
