Employment Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate for its Cleveland, OH office. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to providing strategic legal solutions in employment and labor law, supporting employers in navigating complex workplace issues. Duties Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters. Requirements JD from an ABA-accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials. 2+ years of experience, with a strong preference for an employment law background. Current OH Bar admission in good standing. Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Ohio State Bar. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.
