Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care to join our healthcare team. This is a 12-hour shift position from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting.
Assist in the assessment and monitoring of patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional care.
Participate in the education of families regarding neonatal care and health issues.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
Certification in Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
Experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care, within the last ten (10) years.

Skills and Competencies

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of neonatal care practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
