Job Description Job Description HR / Staffing Intern Position Overview The HR/Staffing Intern supports the recruiting team with scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks. This role is designed to provide exposure to recruitment and staffing processes while assisting with day-to-day execution and internal coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist with viewing and monitoring candidate activity in the ATS (view-only access). Support interview scheduling by coordinating calendars and setting up meetings for recruiters and internal teams. Assist with recruiting follow-ups, including scheduling needs, assessments, and outstanding tasks as directed. Support tracking updates in the ATS and help follow up on pending items. Send internal reminder emails for missing timesheets and assist with follow-ups. Observe onboarding processes and help check on outstanding steps with the recruiting team. Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team. Assist with improving forms, workflows, and internal processes through feedback and ideas.
