Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited phlebotomy/medical assistant program with clinicals or previous phlebotomy experience. Certification from a nationally recognized agency (NHA, ASCP, AMT, NCCT, ACA). Hospital laboratory information system skills and strong customer service skills.
