Managing inbound client communications, the full-time Travel Coordinator will facilitate customer onboarding, assist with administrative tasks, and support the travel planning team while working remotely from 10am to 7pm ET, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities Manage inbound emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner Set up new trips for the Travel Planning team and inform clients about services and pricing Assist with administrative tasks such as processing refunds and other pre- and post-travel tasks Required qualifications Native-level proficiency in written and verbal English Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor Access to a quiet workspace and reliable technology, including a computer and high-speed internet Clean background check required for handling sensitive client data
