Job Overview

Responsibilities  

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Take customer orders in person and over the phone.
• Process pickup, and delivery orders accurately.
• Operate the POS system and process payments.
• Communicate customer orders clearly with the kitchen team.
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
• Keep the front counter clean and organized.

Skills  

• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using a computer and POS system.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
