Dental Front Office Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our modern dental office as a full-time Front Desk Receptionist / Treatment Plan Coordinator. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a professional team that truly values long-term growth.

Prior dental experience is a plus but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities may include:

Greeting patients and creating a welcoming front-office experience

Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments

Coordinating treatment plans and reviewing patient information

Assisting with insurance-related questions and administrative tasks

Maintaining accurate records and supporting smooth daily office operations

Communicating professionally with patients, team members, and providers

Ideal Candidate:

Has a stable work history and is seeking a long-term position

Is comfortable using computers and learning new software systems

Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Learns quickly and adapts well to new responsibilities

Has a positive attitude, cheerful personality, and team-focused mindset

Dental office experience is helpful, but not required for the right person

Compensation is based on experience. Candidates with previous dental experience will have excellent growth potential within the practice.
