This position is for our Skilled Nursing Facility. The pay rate for this position starts at $17.00/hr. Some positions are eligible for a shift differential. The shift differential rate for 3pm-11pm shift is $3.00 an hour,11p-7a shift is $4.00 an hour and a weekend shift is $5.00 an hour. Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience. Be part of something special. Freedom Pointe at the Villages now offers DailyPay - a program that allows employees to access their earned income on-demand, as it's earned. * Benefits for Full and Part time staff, including health, dental, vision, 401K and more! * Charter School Eligible DUTIES: * Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising. * Give treatments, perform tests, carry out procedures and collect specimens as instructed. * Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and collects specimens as instructed. * Transfer, transport and escort residents as needed. * Answer signal lights promptly. * Change bed linens, make beds and keep rooms clean and orderly. QUALIFICATIONS: * Valid CNA license * Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
