**Job Summary:**
As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to high standards will contribute significantly to our guests' satisfaction and the reputation of our hotel.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Clean and tidy guest rooms to meet hotel standards, including making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and dusting furniture.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and refreshments.
- Inspect rooms for damage and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of carts and supply closets.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects or additional cleaning duties as directed by management.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety guidelines in performing job duties.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous housekeeping or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a polite, courteous attitude.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle physical demands, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

**Work Environment:**
- Flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, are required.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment.
