Pursuit Boats is seeking a Continuous Improvement Site/Brand Lead to drive operational excellence across our premium boat manufacturing operations in New York. You will partner with plant and brand leadership to enhance hull fabrication, assembly, upholstery, rigging, and finishing while preserving craftsmanship and brand quality.
