Seeking a passionate nursing professional for a rewarding contract opportunity serving young learners in a specialized preschool setting. This position involves supporting children ages 3 to 5 with developmental delays and significant care needs. Enjoy a predictable Monday through Friday daytime schedule over an initial 13-week contract, with the potential for extension. The role is based near Vestal, NY, providing hands-on care to children who benefit from compassion, patience, and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to preschoolers with developmental delays
• Support students with G-tubes and administer seizure protocols as needed
• Monitor, assess, and document student health status and progress
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote holistic care
• Ensure safe medication administration and adherence to individual healthcare plans
• Respond promptly to health emergencies and acute medical needs

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN/LVN license (New York State)
• Experience in pediatric care required; experience in a school setting a plus, but not essential
• Comfortable with G-tube management and seizure protocol implementation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, empathetic, and adaptable to changing needs

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.32 to $45.32. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
