Bonita Springs, FL Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Bonita Springs, FL Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) Productivity Expectation: 30 points per week On-Call/Weekend Requirement: As needed Position Overview Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Bonita Springs, Florida, and surrounding areas . This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while working independently in the home health setting. Key Responsibilities Routine skilled nursing visits OASIS assessments Start of Care (SOC) visits Resumption of Care (ROC) visits Recertification visits Discharge visits Wound care management Ostomy care Foley catheter care Patient and caregiver education Comprehensive assessment, documentation, and coordination of care Qualifications Required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively Preferred Previous Home Health nursing experience Experience completing OASIS assessments #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group
