Wedlake Enclosure Systems is growing and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring for our production and skilled trades teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can recruit, move candidates through quickly, and support daily hiring needs on the floor.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for production and skilled trades roles
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to fill open positions quickly
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach
• Extend offers and manage pre-employment steps (drug screen, background check)
• Track hiring activity and maintain recruiting reports

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (manufacturing or high-volume preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple openings at once
• Effective communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting welders, assemblers, or other skilled trades
• Hiring events and community recruiting
• Experience with ATS systems (iCIMS a plus)
