Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $1809 / Week

Job Description and Requirements Travel allied position requiring a Speech Language Pathologist for Hartford, CT. Shift: 8 hour days. Start date: 08/25/2026. Duration: 42 weeks. Pay: $1809 per week (range $1809 – $1864). Hours available: 7 days. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with goals for students with speech and language needs. Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings throughout the school year. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Provide training and resources to teachers and staff on effective strategies to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom environment. Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field. State SLP license in the state of residence. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. New graduate accepted; experience in clinical fellowship school accepted. 1 reference in entire work history. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a school setting, early childhood or pediatrics. Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members. Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
