1. st shift: 7 am to 3 pm
2. nd shift: 3 pm to 11 pm
3. rd shift: 11 pm to 7 am

Rotational Shift Schedule Rotation is 4 weeks on 1st shift, then 4 weeks on 3rd shift, then 4 weeks on 2nd shift Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed Plant operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Assist miller by providing process system support, including learning and performing processing positions and equipment operation Perform sanitation, cleaning and maintaining all processing areas Perform Wheat house start-up and shutdown on A/B & C mills Perform preventative and reactive maintenance activities on milling equipment and assist maintenance as needed Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance Assist in training new employees Assist other plant areas as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED At least 2 years of mechanical and/or technical experience in manufacturing or related industry Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts Must possess the ability to understand and effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and others in the workplace regarding work matters (our business is generally conducted in English) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms Ability to follow human and food safety, quality, and grooming standards Ability to wear such as protective clothing and equipment (Personal Protective Equipment -PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard/bump cap, hair/beard net, gloves, and face masks (when required) Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens 자격 요건 지원자는 만 18세 이상이어야 합니다. 평등한 고용 기회 제공 기업(EOE) General Mills는 평등한 고용 기회를 제공하는 기업입니다. 자격을 갖춘 모든 지원자는 인종, 피부색, 종교, 신조, 성별, 성적 지향, 성 정체성, 출신 국가, 연령, 장애, 재향군인 여부, 혼인 여부 또는 가족 구성, 공공 지원 수급 여부, 지역 인권 위원회 소속 또는 활동 여부와 관계없이 고용 심사 대상이 됩니다.
