Internet Sales - John Vance Auto Group (Guthrie, OK) John Vance Auto Group - Guthrie, a family-operated dealership for over 40 years , is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to join our growing team. Here's the deal:
If you've got real sales experience, know how to build relationships, and can turn online leads into satisfied, lifelong customers - we want to talk to you.
You'll lead the charge in managing internet leads, setting appointments, and ensuring each customer has a smooth and professional buying experience from start to finish. What You'll Do:
Location: Guthrie, OK - In-person position. If you're ready to bring energy, professionalism, and a drive for results to a well-established dealership, we'd love to have you on our team.

You'll lead the charge in managing internet leads, setting appointments, and ensuring each customer has a smooth and professional buying experience from start to finish. What You'll Do:
- Manage and respond to internet leads promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and text to build trust and rapport.
- Guide customers through the buying process, from inquiry to delivery.
- Follow up with leads to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.
- Set appointments for the sales team and ensure a high show rate.
- Track activity, progress, and results to meet and exceed goals.
- Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads at once.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- $2,000/month base pay + commission (your success determines your paycheck).
