Senior Manager, Finance - clinical trials

Growth-mode biotech with robust pipeline of pre-clinical and clinical stage products has a newly created opening for a Senior Manager, Finance - clinical trials.
The Senior Manager will be a key finance leader, acting as the strategic business partner supporting R&D and clinical trial operations. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge base of drug development and is skilled at communicating the impact of sound budgeting, planning, forecasting and finance strategy to non-finance people.
The team works hybrid out of the Lexington office. Generous base compensation, bonus and equity and this role is designed for a rapid career track plan within the organization.
Requirements
- BS, Finance / Accounting or related
- 7+ years of FP&A experience in pharmaceuticals / biotech industries
- Direct clinical trials experience and strong knowledge of drug development, R&D process
- Extensive experience with modeling, valuations, forecasting, planning, strategic finance and analysis
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- Prior experience with long-range planning, supporting key stakeholders, and working with all levels of the organization, particularly on the R&D / clinical operations side
- Eager to grow long-term with the company.
