We're hiring a Nurse Manager (RN) who wants meaningful behavioral health leadership, strong earning potential, and a schedule with no regularly scheduled weekends or holidays.

You'll step into an inpatient clinical leadership role focused on substance use disorder, withdrawal management, residential care, and crisis stabilization. You'll lead overnight nursing operations while remaining a hands-on clinical resource for your team.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold a clear and active Ohio RN license
• You have 3+ years of nursing experience
• You have experience in substance use disorder and behavioral health care
• You're a confident clinical leader who can support staff through complex situations
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• BSN is preferred
• BLS and CPI certifications are required

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $85,000-$90,000
