Quality Inspector
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The Quality Inspector will inspect and measure in-process and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and measure products for dimensional accuracy using established criteria.
• Read and interpret blueprints, customer drawings, engineering change notices, and operating procedures.
• Determine whether products meet quality standards or require rejection or rework.
• Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges .
• Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Identify and communicate errors, defects, and recurring quality trends to the Quality Department.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet customer and quality requirements.
• Support overall quality and compliance efforts within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of quality inspection experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of GMP documentation and FDA requirements is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
