The team serves as a trusted resource for the Manager Console, providing platform guidance, training, and responsive support related to model portfolio maintenance, trading activities, service requests, and evolving functionality. Working closely with teams across Operations, Compliance, and Technology, you’ll help resolve issues, improve workflows, and ensure portfolios and processes meet operational standards. How You’ll Contribute Serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate and professional resolution of questions related to the company’s technology platforms and investment solutions. Supports advisors, home offices and institutional clients by troubleshooting issues, guiding users through workflows and coordinating with internal product, operations and engineering teams to deliver effective solutions. Gains familiarity with Client Service Support concepts, practices and methodologies. With guidance performs a variety of client support duties, including: Serving as a first point of contact for clients, responding to basic service inquiries by phone, email or case management systems Assisting with account setup, maintenance and updates Researching and resolving routine account, billing and platform usage issues Coordinating with internal teams, such as operations, compliance and technology to ensure timely issue resolution Documenting client expectations, actions taken and issue resolution status Learns and follows regulatory, security and data privacy requirements. Learns and gains expertise in Envestnet products, workflows and policies to provide clear and consistent client guidance. Meets service level agreement standards for response time and quality expectations. Assists with special projects as assigned. Provide training, demonstrations, and support related to the Envestnet platform (Manager Console) utilized by Asset Managers to complete Service Request tasks, edit and maintain Model portfolios, trade accounts, and other functionality as the platform is enhanced. Act as a Subject Matter Expert on all aspects of Manager Console, responding to Asset Manager questions about platform use via email and phone. Represent Manager Services and Operational interests during Business Partner Acceptance Committee (BPAC) meetings to ensure portfolios are not approved for the platform when operationally not acceptable. Coordinate the correction process for trade errors caused by Asset Managers and participate in root cause analysis to correct and prevent deviations in processes and workflows. What You’ll Need to Bring Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences. Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent work experience required. Experience in Client Service. Must have working knowledge of the securities industry, various types of investment vehicles, and trading methods. Understanding of quality control methods is a necessity. Must possess strong attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure. Ability to prioritize pending inquiries and handle the most time sensitive prior to others without the same level of necessity. Demonstrate skills to critically analyze information and make recommendations. Demonstrate ability to be able to adjust to changing priorities. Work as a member of a team with collaborative decision making. Must demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy and be able to work with a variety of personalities. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools; Excel proficiency required. Nice-to-Haves At least 2 years of experience in the financial services or related industry. Sponsorship This position is not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship. Our Investment in You This role offers a base salary range of $48,500 to $60,600. The range listed represents a good‑faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
