Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the individual challenges faced by patients and their families, identifying mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources. \n
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy to foster resilience and healing. \n
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. \n
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning, ensuring that patients receive timely support during critical moments. \n
- Facilitate regular group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that help clients connect and share experiences, promoting a supportive community. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment plans, adhering to strict ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and quality of care. \n
You will primarily work with patients in hospice care, who may be confronting end-of-life issues and significant emotional and psychological stress. Understanding the unique needs of this population requires sensitivity, empathy, and strong communication skills. Your role will focus on assisting patients and their families in navigating complex emotional landscapes, and promoting coping strategies to enhance quality of life.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). \n
- A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or outpatient settings, ideally within hospice or palliative care. \n
- Strong expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet individual patient needs. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to conduct thorough clinical assessments. \n

The salary range for this role is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, with opportunities for a sign-on bonus.
