Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed agency sales goals. Present insurance options tailored to each customer’s individual needs. Support the agency’s marketing efforts by promoting our services and helping generate new business opportunities. Attend community events, networking functions, real estate events, and local business gatherings to promote the agency, build professional relationships, and expand our client base. Qualifications Polish and/or Ukrainian language proficiency is required. Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred. Previous sales experience is preferred; insurance experience is a significant advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
