We're growing our Mid Atlantic crew and looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who wants hands-on work, real responsibility, and a career that lasts. You'll work on commercial systems like RTUs, boilers, VAVs, and controls in facilities where your expertise truly matters. You'll diagnose and solve mechanical problems, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with experienced techs who share knowledge, jump in when needed, and want you to sharpen your craft and succeed-not burn out.

Founded in 1948 in Denver, Colorado, Tolin Mechanical is a trusted HVAC contractor with locations across Colorado, Arizona, and the Mid-Atlantic. Our team is made up of skilled engineers, HVAC technicians, sales, operations, and support staff who take pride in delivering high-quality service. We provide centralized support from our Denver headquarters, so our field teams can focus on doing what they do best-solving problems and keeping clients comfortable.

Compensation & Benefits:

Average Starting Rate for Journeyman Level: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.

Well-rounded background as a Journeyman

Values and display exceptional customer service

Strong organization skills

Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in commercial service work

Minimum Qualifications:

Over 18 years of age

High School diploma or GED

Completed an Apprenticeship Program or equivalent education/training

Strong written and verbal English skills

Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing

Ability to gain Union Membership
