This position helps maintain personal property inventories and operational accuracy through proactive tracking, reporting, and collaboration. The Personal Property Specialist will be responsible for all aspects related to security, safekeeping, and proper inventory of personal property.ResponsibilitiesSafeguard, store, and log property into property accounting systemAccurately retrieve and issue propertyAssist in managing/investigating/reconciling inventory discrepanciesParticipate in periodic inventory countsSend inventory-related communications to all appropriate parties and cross-functional teamsQualifications1-2 years of related job experienceFluent in English and SpanishMust be a US CitizenMust have lived in the US for 3 out the past 5 yearsBasic data entry skillsAbility to pass an SSBI government background investigationStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work independently or within a teamAdditional InformationWork Environment24/7/365 - Shift work is requiredWork is in-person and on-siteRequires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessaryAbility to work efficiently under deadlines and pressureAbility to keep up in a fast-paced environmentWorking at SOSiAll interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
