Qualifications:

• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience working in schools or with adolescent populations highly valued
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not a requirement
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload at the high school level
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students on your caseload
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Monitor and document student progress in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in eligibility meetings, staffings, and professional development activities
