PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENTWe are seeking an Ag/Commercial Tire Service operator to become an integral part of our team. You will inspect, install, and repair commercial, farm, and/or off-the-road tires.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSMounting & dismounting tires from and onto wheel assembliesInstall and repair commercial/farm and off-the-road tiresProperly fill out service call ticket/work completed and turned into the supervisorOTHER JOB FUNCTIONSPerform services calls during regular and after hours (after hours calls are compensated)Complying with all driving rules (both governmental and company)Safely drive, operate, and maintain Service VehicleREQUIREMENTSValid driver’s licenseEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCECustomer service (preferred)Tire technician (preferred)FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIESPrior commercial/truck tire experience is preferred, but will we trainOTHER REQUIREMENTSAbility to lift/move objects 50+ pounds8–10-hour workdaysExposed to hot and cold weather conditionsMust have positive attitude and possess a good work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr Aurora Cooperative Elevator Company
